'Ex-Wife Sale' Sign Offensive?

A Fargo, North Dakota business has sparked controversy with a sign that reads 'Ex-wife sale. Duct tape. Chainsaw. Shovels.' Some residents of the town and social workers who work with abused women were offended by sign as they considered it insensitive to those who experience domestic abuse.
