Dealership Offering $25,000 Reward For Arrest Of Tire And Rim Thieves
If you have information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the thieves that stole over $120,000 worth of tires and rims from Matt Bowers Chevrolet in Slidell, they want to give you $25,000.
Ksla.com reports that during a press conference held yesterday, owner Matt Bowers said "I’m not going to stop. I might go up. I’m not going to let this go. We’re going to bring these people back and they’re going to go to jail".
Surveillance video shows two people walking across the dealership parking to a side-entrance. Then, a U-Haul truck pulls up and enters the rear parking lot. The truck then leaves about 40 minutes later, presumably loaded with the stolen tires and rims and travels towards Old Spanish Trail.
