Crawfish & Roast Beef Bloody Mary In A ‘Redneck Wine Glass’
What do you do with your leftover "bugs" the day after a crawfish boil? I've learned to be imaginative with leftovers, particularly after reading the average American family throws away $500 worth of food every year. Being Sunday morning, a bloody Mary seemed like a good choice. This concoction has the usual stuff, Zatarain's horseradish, Cajun Chef spiced beans, & Trappey's jalapeno slices, Tabasco Family Reserve, & a few dashes of worchestershire, two shots of Ketel One vodka, and low-sodium V-8. I added bunch of crawfish tails & some cubes of leftover roast beef. The "redneck wine glass" seemed a fitting touch.
