(KTDY) - Mardi Gras festivities are happening all across the Gulf Coast, and sadly, there are still those who want to attend festivities and fight.

In recent days, we have seen a number of videos surfacing on social media of fights, while people are out celebrating Mardi Gras, and sadly, it will probably only continue, as some just can't celebrate Carnival Season in peace.

One altercation that caught our attention on social media was from our neighboring state, Mississippi, and it shows several people fighting in the street, while onlookers document the immature behavior.

A police officer is seen arriving, but as the man who recorded this video says, ignore the fight and watch the woman standing near the altercation. She is dressed in black, and as the altercation moves closer to her, she begins to retreat.

Well, unfortunately for her, she is standing near a deep ditch, and the unlevel ground is not in her favor. Yes, the woman who backing up falls into the ditch, and she unintentionally stole "the show."

Here's the viral video sweeping across various social media platforms.

In a similar scene, people were fighting in Scott during their annual Mardi Gras celebration, and they, too, were approaching a ditch, but we didn't see anyone take a tumble in Mississippi. You can see people running all over the place as the police respond.
