Humor, it may be better than anything medicines in your medicine cabinet.  Do you laugh enough?  Do you create enough laughter in others?  There is scientific proof that laughter can and will make you feel better.  Even a fake smile can trick your brain into a good mood.  Laughter is the route to better well-being.

Compared to coughing, belching, sneezing, or anything else where your mouth plays a role, laughter is the top dog.  Laughing releases endorphins that make you feel better instantly.  No way can you frown and smile at the same time, it's impossible.  So why not pick laughter?

Maybe more doctors should prescribe a good laugh instead of pills.  Now go take 2 laughs and call me in the morning!
