First week of Lent 2018, while I sit and play music on the Super Saturday Dance Party tonight, I found a really great message for you.  It speaks about the happiest people in the world are those who love and feel terrific about themselves.  I don't know about you, but this is something at 54, I still haven't come to terms with.  Today's message will help both you and me to be happier.
