Cajun Paws Rescue, a local non-profit animal rescue organization, has 6 adult "adoptables" who need loving homes.

It is the beginning of a new month and Cajun Paws Rescue would love to be able to say that they found homes for all 6 of their adult dogs this month: Jezzy, Xena, Rufus, Charlotte, Cali and Ruby!

Cajun Paws Rescue (CPR) is naming September, "Adopt a CPR Adult" month! Some of these adoptables have terrible stories, having never known the love of a real family, or having a loving family that turned their backs on them. In either case, they all deserve a place to call home. A place to feel safe, secure, and loved. A place to thrive. Will your home be that place?

JEZZY'S STORY:

Jezzy is still looking for her fur-ever home. She was abandoned in an apartment without food or water and in horrible conditions when her previous owners moved out; we are uncertain of how long she was left there by herself.

CPR came to Jezzy's rescue, saving her from certain death.  She is sweet, loves to cuddle and loves to play. Jezzy has recently finished her first training course and loves to play at Camp Bow Wow. She gets along well with other dogs but, like many dogs, she isn't too fond of cats. Jezzy has been withCPR for quiet some time now and they would love to be able to say that during the "Adopt a CPR Adult" month, she found a place to call home!

You can help Jezzy and the other animals at CPR.  If you can't adopt, foster. If you can't foster, donate or volunteer. You can also share this post to help  reach as many people as possible. The more animals adopted out and fostered makes room for more animals to be saved.
