Use those unopened beers you have left (maybe!) from your Super Bowl party to make these delicious ribs for any occasion!
Beer Braised Ribs
Ingredients
1\2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon red pepper
3\4 teaspoon salt
6 lbs pork baby back ribs
1\4 cup honey
1 bottle dark beer(your choice)
1\4 cup cider vinegar
1 bottle (18 oz) favorite barbeque sauce
Directions
1-Combine brown sugar, salt and pepper, rub over ribs. Place ribs bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with honey. Combine beer and vinegar, then pour around ribs not over.
2-Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and continue to bake for 2 more hours or until tender.
3 - Lightly coat your grill rack with cooking oil and light grill. Drain beer from ribs and grill over a medium heat for 20-30 minutes or until browned, turning and basting with barbeque sauce. Serves 6
