Acadiana Parrotheads Work To Help Zoo

The Acadiana Parrot head Club will be at Sugar Jam on May 11th. They're working to help the The Zoo of Acadiana raise money to help replace Kiwi, a White Bellied Caique who died following a recent robbery at the zoo. They'll have a booth featuring Face Painting, airbrush tattoos and balloons by Jingles and Friends. Representatives from the zoo will bring an exotic bird to show. They're also offering discounted memberships.

The Sugar Jam Concert Series is at Sugar Mill Pond in Youngsville. Nik-L-Beer will perform Saturday, May 11th from 6-9 pm. If you have any questions please call 337-781-2118.
