1980 Lafayette Newspaper Headlines Could Have Been Written Today

I found part of a Daily Advertiser from 1980 while going through an old filing cabinet at my in-laws house yesterday. When you read some of the headlines in this Lafayette newspaper, you might think it was published today. "Drainage Problems Viewed by Council" certainly could have been written in 2016!
