Thanks to the giving spirit of the people of Acadiana, the 12th Annual 'jeep jaunt' is in the books, listed under the heading of "Success"!!

With the threat of showers (and, little did we know, high winds, menacing-looking clouds, and sideways rain!) looming in the forecast, hundreds of people still showed up to ride and raise money for the American Lung Association.

Donations came in from all over Acadiana, from Jeep-related items to home decor to nights out on the town, there was something for everyone in the auction.

Gayla and Jerry Russo, along with the help of Billy and Tanya Falcon, created this liquor cabinet from a whiskey barrel that was donated by Jack Daniel's Distillery. It sold for $700 at the auction!
