Chips, margaritas, a can of nuts, you've had too much salt and now you're puffy.  Is there anything that you can do to actually undo the effects of too much salt?  There is, but you'll have to eat again.

You had lots of salt, went to bed and here it is the next morning and you are puffy, bloated and even your clothes are tight, there is something you can do to quickly undo the effects of salt on your body.  You'll have to eat foods high in potassium.  It's that easy.

Foods that are high in potassium include bananas of course, broccoli, potatoes and beans.  So the next time you have too much salt, eat again!
