The other day I was in my Doctor’s office and there was a poster on the wall that asked, “Tired?  Stressed out?  Fatigued?”  And I thought to myself…YES! As it turns out, like many Americans, it may be my job.  After all, Debbie Ray and I do wake up early.   We may all have work burnout!   Being burnt out by your job also carries some major risks.  The balance in your life is disrupted and your priorities are out of whack when you’re overworked.  Work burnout can often lead to many health conditions, such as obesity and heart problems.
