A benefit is planned for Josh Ardoin, a local veterinarian, who is battling a rare and aggressive bone cancer. His work is on hold while he faces this struggle. His family and friends are coming together to host a family day including a gumbo cookoff, silent auction, and live performances by Ray Boudreaux and Sean Bruce, Dustin Sonnier, and Terry & the Zydeco Bad Boys.
