Harvard University researchers have published a study that says oatmeal may be one key to living longer. The report stated that people who eat a minimum of thirty-three grams of whole grain every day can cut their risk of premature death by nine percent. They followed over 100,000 individuals for fourteen years. (And, no, CJ, this doesn't mean that if you eat ten bowls a day, you'll live 90% longer.) Read more about the study here.
