Diabetes Scam Alert

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has issued an alert for diabetes patients.  Scammers are trying to get your Social Security number and Medicare information in order to steal your identity! They pose as legitimate diabetes groups or government employees and offer free medical supplies. Don't be fooled. Never give out personal information to someone who calls you on the phone.
