Birds Love Mayberry

If you've ever owned a bird (or "if ever a bird has owned you" as the birding community says) you know that when our feathered pets pick up a tune, they sing/whistle it over and over and, well, over. Wild birds do this to keep in touch with members of their flock, and at times, it feels like tame birds do this to both entertain and drive their owners insane.

One song in particular that birds dive right into is the theme to the "Andy Griffith Show." Why? Well, you can't get it out of your head, and neither can the birds!
