(Baton Rouge, Louisiana) - A woman on a four-wheeler in Baton Rouge has gone viral after the video of her on the ATV was shared on a popular social media page.

The page titled "Adventures of Seign Lane" shared a video that was sent to them on Facebook, and it shows a woman with laced-up boots waiting to get on the busy Baton Rouge road.

We don't know if she ever made it onto the busy road in Baton Rouge, but by the looks of it, she certainly had intentions to travel the roadway.

The woman didn't seem to be bothered by the fact that many were watching and filming her, but riding a four-wheeler on a road is illegal in Louisiana, in most cases.

Can You Ride an ATV on A Highway in Louisiana

ATVs can travel on the shoulders of public roads and highways, excluding interstates, for farm-related activities within a five-mile radius of a farm. Operators must have a valid Class "E" driver's license and carry proof of vehicle registration.

In any case, we hope that she did not put herself or anyone else in danger if she made it onto the road, and we certainly do discourage anyone from riding a four-wheeler on any roadway.

Too often, we get reports of people injured or killed after being struck by a vehicle while on an ATV. These vehicles are not designed for road use, and they could pose a danger to anyone riding them while other cars are nearby.

Here's the video that has much of South Louisiana asking, Where was this woman going when she was spotted riding the four-wheeler in Baton Rouge. Perhaps we will never know.

In a separate post, the Facebook page updated the woman's location, and she was allegedly seen scratching off lottery tickets, which we assume she purchased along her route.
