Why Aren’t NFL Scouts Excited About LSU’s Jeremy Hill?

LSU running back Jeremy Hill led the tigers in with 1401 rushing yards (6.9 yds./carry) and 16 touchdowns in 2013. He's 6'2'',  235 lbs. & runs the 40yd. dash in 4.56. Hill entered the NFL draft after only two collegiate seasons. His numbers would certainly warrant being selected in the first round. Cbssports.com has Hill projected to fall to round #3, despite nfl.com having him ranked as the #2 running back in the draft.
Pro scouts are concerned about Hill's off the field behavior. He's on probation for improper sexual behavior with an underage girl, and was arrested in connection with a bar fight.  These issues will most likely reduce Hill's earning potential by millions of dollars.
