Which Acadiana Town Would You Buy?

I'm a resident of  Lafayette, La. Yesterday, Easter Sunday, I was attending a barbecue in an area outside Lafayette.  During the conversation, we briefly discussed the high cost of living in Lafayette, and how much cheaper it is to live in the smaller towns that surround the Hub City.

Property values in Wyoming are obviously quite a bit lower! I recently wrote an article about the small town of Buford that was about to be auctioned off.  Thursday's internet auction attracted bidders from 46 countries. The winning bid of $900,000.00 was submitted by an unidentified buyer from Vietnam.

I can't help but ponder this question, If you were to buy any small town in Acadiana
