What Happens To Earth If The Moon Goes Bye – Bye? [VIDEO]

It might sound like the plot of a science fiction movie or book (okay, it is) but the possibility that something could destroy Earth's moon is a very real one. As illustrated in the above video, rogue planets and other objects in the solar system outnumber even the stars. If a large enough rogue body destroyed the moon or even knocked it out of its orbit, we'd be up a galactic creek without a warp drive. There would be lots of destruction and death, and not just the ways you might think or just for we human beings.
