Tomorrow Is ‘Debris Drop Day’ For Lafayette Residents
Lafayette residents have the opportunity to drop off waste items not picked up by Republic Services.
Lafayette Consolidated Government's Debris Drop is from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Brown Park and The Robicheaux Center. Residents in the Lafayette city limits and unincorporated areas can drop off old tires, old wood, metal, furniture, appliances, carpet, padding, and other construction debris. Smaller waste like old clothes, shoes, and other items can be dropped off in sealed bags or boxes. Large items like old bicycles, BBQ pits, and basketball backboards will also be accepted.
