Another person has died following the horrific drunk driving accident that occurred at Austin, Texas' South by Southwest music festival last week.

Twenty-six-year-old Sandy Thuy Le passed away on Sunday night, March 16, Rolling Stone reports. Le had been hit by the car driven by 21-year-old Rashad Charjuan Owens, who drove drunk into a crowd of people early Thursday morning, March 13.

Le had been hospitalized and was in critical condition since Thursday before she died yesterday. She reportedly hailed from Mississippi, but moved to Austin to attend school.

Since Owens' arrest on Friday, he has been charged with two counts of capital murder and many counts of aggravated assault. It will be determined if more charges will be added on later.

As of today, March 17, three people have died from the incident, while 23 remain wounded. Five are still hospitalized.

Our thoughts are with the victims and their families during this painful time.
