We've been doing a lot of cooking, America. With so many of us quarantined for weeks/months, it's become quite the challenge to get fresh, flavorful food on the table on a daily basis. But we've stepped up to the plate with fun recipes, and lots of healthy dishes prepared. OK, and a few snacks. Good Housekeeping has provided us with a list of the 15 healthiest vegetables, and I've included a few of my personal favorites below.
