100,000 cases of Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundaes are being recalled due to concerns about listeria. No illnesses have been reported. The supplier of the cookie dough, Aspen Hill, reported that some of its product tested positive for the listeria bacteria. The products were sold in four-packs with use-by dates ranging from December 2016 to July 2017. The company tells purchasers not to eat the desserts, and contact either the store or the manufacturer for a refund. More from the FDA here.

We deeply regret this situation and apologize to any consumers we have disappointed. Consumers who purchased this product should not eat it. They should return it to the store where purchased for an exchange or full refund. Consumers can also contact 1-866-572-3805. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern, for a full refund.
