Pumpkin Fest Set For October 21 – 22 And October 28 – 29

Jefferson Island Rip Van Winkle Gardens is partnering with the Iberia Parish Relay for Life's  “Rip Van Winkle Team” to host two weekends of family - friendly fun in a pumpkin patch.

There will be a Halloween costume contest and pumpkin patch photos for $10. Pumpkins will be sold for families to continue celebrating the fall fun at home.

Families that have lost loved ones to cancer can purchase and decorate "Luminary Bags" with the names of their loved ones, which will then be displayed at the Relay For Life event in April in remembrance. This event takes place Oct. 21-22 and 28-29 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
