Pepper Festival is This Weekend in St. Martinville

Kick up the heat and your heels at the 21st Annual Kiwanis Pepper Festival on Friday, September 14, 2012 from 5pm to 11pm and Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 10am to 12am on New Market Street along the Bayou Teche. Dance to red hot bands! Get ready for the "Go HOT or go home!"scorching pepper eating contest or simply enjoy the taste-temping goodies on site. The 2-day festival provides a HOT celebration of good food, great music, arts and crafts, children's rides, and fun for the whole family. Proceeds from this festival benefit children’s charities and programs sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of St. Martinville.
