Pedestrian Injured In Johnston Street Crash

A 49-year-old man trying to cross the street is in critical condition after getting hit by a truck Tuesday night. Lafayette Police say it happened around 7:30 p.m. in the 4500 block of Johnston Street.

No citation has been issued and impairment is not suspected of the driver. The investigation continues.
