Mango Mochi is a new addition to their fruited sours. It’s the follow up to and inspired by the Mochi they made last year in collaboration with Great Notion. It’s a heavily fruited Berliner that’s brewed with rice flakes and lactose, which they say creates a smooth and creamy mango nectar. Madagascar vanilla and loads of fresh mango purée combine to produce an immensely crushable sour reminiscent of tropical Japanese Mochi ice cream.

The Berliner Weisse has a fruity/tart/tropical flavor profile and 5.2 ABV. You can get a 4 pack of 16 oz. cans for $17. The pre-sale begins today at noon at shop.parishbeer.com and you can pick it up Saturday, April 10th. There is a limit of 2 cases per person.

Happy National Beer Day!
