Are you a night owl, or a morning person? Research indicates one type of person is happier than the other. Today reports, a study by Jacqueline Lane of Massachusetts General Hospital indicates morning people are happier than night owls. Lane examined data from 250,000 Americans and 450,000 Brits. They concluded night owls are at greater risk for depression and schizophrenia. Previous studies also indicate night owls are at greater risk for obesity & diabetes. I normally get up between 6 & 7 am, and retire between 10 & 11 pm. I doubt that qualifies me as either. How about you?
