National Red Rose Day [VIDEO]

June 12th is National Red Rose Day.  The red rose is America's favorite flower and signifies love.  As roses bloom across the Nation, it's a fitting reminder that June is the most popular month for weddings.  Roses will bloom from June till the first frost.

Roses come in an array of colors and are found in flower beds from coast to coast.  They are beautiful and fairly easy to grow.  There are over 100 species of roses.  Roses are one of the most popular cut flowers.
