Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" has Marvin Gaye's estate seeing red. They claim Thicke plagiarized Gaye's 70's hit "Got To Give It Up." Rolling Stone reports the parties have sued one another over the issue. Thicke, and his collaborators ironically fired the first salvo. The Gaye family's countersuit alleges Thicke also ripped off the Legendary singer's "After The Dance." The suit further alleges a conflict of interest on the part of Gaye's music publisher, EMI for failing to protect his music, and trying to intimidate them. They allege EMI representatives put pressure on them not to take legal action against Thicke.
