Man Can’t Stop Laughing After Hip Surgery [Video]

The first time I watched this video, there were no subtitles, so I had no clue what was being said.   I just paid attention to the man's face, and I could see when he just wanted to bust out laughing, and it made me belly laugh (really hard!!).   It reminded me of when I used to get the giggles, for no apparent reason.  I wonder if the doctor bumped this guy's "funny bone" during the surgery?

I know a few people in this very building who could afford to have this surgery, if you know what I mean!
