Having grown up near Eunice, LA I can say that this building was a huge part of my childhood and teenage years. The smell of the popcorn when you entered the theater in Eunice remains unmatched.

Plus, check out the vintage ticket booth in the front of the building, this truly is a classic in the downtown Eunice district.

We hope that someone in Acadiana purchases this theater and keeps the doors open. After all, so many memories were made here and this is a great opportunity for many more to be made.
