Local Sex Offender Being Sought

The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding a convicted sex offender who has failed to properly register.

48-year-old Chris Lee has 3 outstanding warrants:  failing to register as a sex offender, probation violation, and non-support.  Lee was last known to be residing in the 1100 Block of Hebert Avenue in Breaux Bridge.

Sex offenders who establish residence in Louisiana have 3 business days in which to register with their local sheriff's department without violating the law; after this time, they are subject to arrest.
