Local Man Runs Through Wet Cement – Oops!

I came across this picture on Facebook today, and it made me chuckle: a man jogging in the Oil Center came up on an unmarked construction site.

It appears that, on his daily jog, this guy ran straight into some fresh cement. He says that there were no signs warning him of the pending slop, and that it appeared that the men laying that concrete were not happy with his tracks! The photo was taken in the Oil Center, near the old Abdalla's building. The reactions on Facebook were cute, too.

I am thinking that they should have had some yellow "Caution" tape set up around the construction site!
