Do your kids love video games or just playing on your computer or tablet? Check this out:  Code.org has teamed up with Disney and Lucasfilm for a brand new tutorial to teach kids how to do computer coding. It's all part of the Hour of Code 2015, and it features Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Kids can learn to code while guide the new droid BB-8 through a mission. You’ll then join Leia to create and share your own game in a galaxy far, far away. Here’s a preview: Star Wars: Building a Galaxy with Code. Students will learn JavaScript to run their games. For the little ones, a version tailored to their abilities will be available soon. Students and parents can ask their teacher or school to participate in the Hour of Code. You can volunteer, or learn yourself! There’s a special incentive, too. Every organizer will receive a gift card to Amazon, iTunes or Windows Store.
