Judge Allows Inmate To Meet Son For First Time
Remember the judge who called the jail because they had refused to issue pants and feminine items to an inmate? Well, she is back, this time to allow an inmate to meet his infant son.
It appears that the inmate was about to be shipped off to prison, and it also appears that there is a restraining order preventing him from seeing the mother. The judge temporarily lifted that order, long enough for the inmate to meet the son in the safety of the courtroom.
From what I read, I believe that this judge presides in the Louisville area. Seems like this one is not cold-hearted!
