Is Trader Joe’s Going To Move Into The Old Toys R Us Building?

Reports from around the country suggest that Trader Joe's may be looking to buy and occupy old Toys R Us buildings.

According to reports from various parts of the U.S., Trader Joe's is interested in buying empty Toys R Us stores. We suggested back in June before Lafayette's TRU closed that Trader Joe's would be a great fit for the location. It's in a large shopping center with lots of parking and traffic lights for easy access.

While there's no word yet on what will become of our former Toys R Us building, Trader Joe's is still at the top of Acadiana's most - wanted businesses according to this list at DevelopingLafayette.com
