Is This Barbie Doll Using Profanity? [VIDEO]

A mother in the U.K. is upset over the new Barbie doll that's part of the 'Barbie Life In The Dreamhouse' series.  She says the new Barbie is using profanity.

The child played the Barbie voice and her mother became outraged.  She says the doll is saying, 'What the [eff]'.  Here are a few audio samples of the doll speaking.  The manufacturer claims the doll is saying no such thing.  The new Barbie actually says, 'Off The Hoooook'.
