Reginald Kenneth Dwight was born 68 years ago today (March 25th, 1947). His "Mum" couldn't possibly have imagined what lay ahead for her little boy. Elton John, as the world knows him, has attempted suicide, sold over 300 million albums, and sold out the legendary Madison Square Garden more times than any musical act in its history. His "Candle in the Wind 1997" is the largest selling single of all time (33 million copies). He bought his favorite soccer team, invest large sums of money, bringing it ti the verge of a championship.
