French Quarter House Falls Apart [PHOTOS]

At first, it appeared that it was just a balcony that gave way, but closer inspection shows that a house in New Orleans' French Quarter is falling apart.

Our former co-worker, Jeremy, lives just a few houses up Royal from the residence that crumbled. He was shocked that there were no injuries, as Royal is an area regularly populated with pedestrians.

I am guessing that the house is no longer under construction warranty.
