Former VPSB President Anthony Fontana arrested for Hit and Run

KATC is reporting that former Vermilion Parish School Board President and local lawyer Anthony Fontana was arrested this morning on multiple charges.

Charges include:

• One Count of limitations of backing
• Two Counts of Hit and Run
• One Count of Failing to Adhere to Stop Signs and Yield Signs

Fontana was arrested by Louisiana State Police and was booked into the Vermilion Parish Jail.

However, Fontana is not in Jail at this time.
