According to reports, a man was arrested after attempting to steal a firetruck that was on the scene of a fire. Firefighters were able to tackle the man to the ground and hold him until police arrived to make an arrest.

Reports say that a 34-year-old man was arrested after he tried to jump into a firetruck while firemen were battling a blaze.

The incident occurred in Arkansas and local news cameras were rolling when the man attempted to get away in the firetruck, per reports.

The 34-year-old was charged with breaking and entering a vehicle as well as terrorist threatening.

One report adds that before the man attempted to jump in the firetruck, he asked the fire department if they had seen his bike.
