There's somequestion about the origin of daylight saving time. I once read that Benjamin Franklin once proposed it as a joke. Wikipedia says it was proposed in 1895 by George Vernon Hudson, & first implemented in Europe in 1916. Since anyone can add, or edit Wikipedia entries, so I'm not sure I trust that.

Some people love it. Some hate it. I don't usually have to be at work in the early morning, so I love it. My colleague Debbie Ray hates it. On the other hand, that "extra" hour of sleep always feels great. Remember, we lose it again in the spring. Whatever your feelings on the subject, it's time to "Fall Back." Sunday morning, 2am will become 1am. Set your clocks back one hour before you go to bed. It's also a great time to check smoke alarm batteries. I always leave one clock unchanged, so I'll know I did it (Not a morning person). Enjoy the extra hour of sleep!
