Donate Non-Perishable Items at UL Game Thursday and Get Free Jambalaya

Second Harvest Food Bank, PODS of Louisiana, and UL Lafayette will be collecting food at this Thursday’s UL Lafayette vs. Texas State football game.  You can help by dropping off non-perishable food items at the Second Harvest tent near the Cox Athletics Center. If you make a donation between 11 AM and 1 PM, and 4 - 6:30 PM you will receive a free bowl of jambalaya, from UL Dining Services/Sodexo. Donations will be accepted anytime from 11 AM till kickoff at 6:30 PM.

Second Harvest suggests donations of canned proteins, soups, vegetables, or fruits; dried grains, healthy snacks, shelf-stable milk, peanut butter or other condiments in plastic jars, or cleaning and hygiene products.
