The Deepwater Horizon disaster was one of historically epic proportion. The worst oil spill in US history exposed major flaws in governmental regulatory procedures, and some pretty gross negligence. It resulted in hundreds of lawsuits that may not be settled for years to come. The catastrophe was a hot topic of discussion all over the country for months. It was only a matter of time before someone decided to make a movie about it. KATC reports, the movie will feature Mark Wahlberg. Michael Keaton, and Liam Neeson are reportedly being sought as well. The producers are looking for gulf coast area residents with experience in the following fields:Coast Guard, oilfield, and Merchant Marine.
