There are donkeys, and then there are DONKEYS!

A San Antonio mattress store certainly qualifies as the latter, after drawing major criticism for posting a video on Facebook promoting a “Twin Towers Sale.”

Yeah, you read that right; a "Twin Towers Sales."

In the video, Miracle Mattress manager Cherise Bonanno says that there’s no better way to remember the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks than the sale, which offers any size mattress for the price of a twin mattress.

In back of her are two employees, standing in front of a pair of towers of mattresses and an American flag.

At the end of the video, which has since been removed from the store’s Facebook page, Bonanno swings her arms and the employees tumble into the mattress towers, knocking them over.

Bonanno, in a piece of acting that makes Bobcat Goldwait look like an Academy Award winning actor, turns to the camera and says, “We’ll never forget.”

What makes this so unbelievable to me is not just the insensitivity, but the fact that this was planned, and yet nobody said; "This probably isn't a good idea."

I mean, really, this commercial was written and produced, and yet they still recorded it.

It's not just the person with the bad idea that I blame for any bad idea, but the people that approved it, saying; "Hey, this seems like a good idea!"

The mattress store apologized on their facebook page, saying "Our intentions were not to hurt anyone at all."

DONKEYS!!!
