Don't make a habit out of making yourself feel good.  Why?  Because what makes you feel good may not be what's good for you.

We all want to feel good.  Whether it's with a compliment, a loving touch, flowers, we like to feel good.  Even with relationships.  I bet you know someone who's in a relationship because it feels good, but everything about it is wrong.  That person may even be you.

Be very careful.  There's a fine line between being made to feel good and what actually is good.
