Check out this kitchen staff gettin' their Mardi Gras on with a Second Line and all.  I’m not sure where this is but I was told it was at Gallatoire’s on Bourbon, which is a historic tradition since 1905. I have no doubt that this is what’s going on at every restaurant in New Orleans today.  All I know is I want to make a reservation and have dinner there right now. And when I’m done eating, I want to hang out with the kitchen staff.
